Seeking Support?
To access our mental health services, you’ll need a referral from the NHS or your local authority. Each service has its own referral process, and detailed information can be found on the individual service pages.
While we collaborate closely with local councils to offer support, please note that we do not provide emergency housing services directly.
In Crisis? Get Immediate Help
If you’re in crisis and need urgent support, please:
- Call 111 or reach out to the Samaritans at 116 123 (free).
- If you find it more comfortable to express your thoughts in writing, you can email the Samaritans at jo@samaritans.org. Their compassionate volunteers respond to every email.
Concerned About Abuse?
If you or someone you know is at risk of abuse, we can help. Please reach out to us for guidance and support.
