Each location is managed by a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a Team Leader. Staff are available 24/7 to ensure consistent and highquality support.

  Our inhouse maintenance team ensures regular safety checks, with 24/7 support for a secure living environment. 

  Records and reporting are securely managed in line with GDPR policies by our IT team.

Social Skills

We help residents to express themselves effectively and navigate various social and professional situations with confidence. Education and Employment

We aim to strengthen residents written and verbal communication skills, equipping them with opportunities and options. This includes - Support for educational growth and employment aspirations - Partnerships with local businesses and agencies to find voluntary or paid work - Regular one-on-one discussions to develop career and educational plans
